Dutch is a mature black and tan male who has sown his wild oats and is approximately 10 years old. He is almost completely blind and can't see the light of day but has plenty of sunshine in his heart. This cheerful guy with a sunny disposition is looking for a place to plant his roots and enjoy his retirement years. This guy seems to know that "smilers never lose and frowners never win" so he faces every day with a grin. He opens up his heart and lets the sun shine in.
