Trixy's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, declawed, and good with cats.

Trixy's Story...
Trixy is 5 years old and is a beautiful long haired cat. Trixy has hazel eyes and is declawed on her front paws. She is pretty laid back although she does have her moments of acting like a kitten! She then regally walks around the house afterwards as if to say "Me, I wouldn't dream of acting that way!" Trixy is sometimes shy when strangers come to visit and will hide until she gets to know you. She loves to cuddle and fall asleep beside you in bed. And she will quickly find a favorite spot to sleep for nap-times and no one had better be in her spot when she wants to nap! She will order them away like the queen that she is. If you think you might like to open your heart and home to Trixy, please call the Cats In Need hotline at 714-744-4911 or email mjharker@vivenet.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Trixy, a Yorba Linda Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Yorba Linda, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Yorba Linda.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Yorba Linda already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Yorba Linda breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Yorba Linda paves the way for another one to be saved.
