Godiva's Story...
I am princess Godiva. I love to be around people, although I am not one to sit on laps. You can pet me and brush me, which makes me very happy as long as I can sit on close to you, not on you. I am rather independent and have the most incredible gold eyes. Can you find room to love me forever?

If you would like to meet me, please visit the PETsMART Adoption Center at 7050 Arroyo Crossing Parkway (Rainbow & I215) or email cats@hcws.org.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Godiva, a Las Vegas Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Las Vegas, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Las Vegas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Las Vegas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Las Vegas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Las Vegas paves the way for another one to be saved.
