Brenda Litter's Story...
We are Border Collie / Poodle mix born in September 2009. We might get to 30 pounds full grown. We have 10 puppies in our litter. We're very playful and sweet! We get to hang out with kids and adults during the day and get along with everyone. Playtime is fun in the baby pool (indoors- no water) and running outside with our Foster Family. We get to sleep in a basket at night and are crated while our Foster Parents go to work. Otherwise, when someone is home, we have the run of the house until bedtime. I hope we find a good home soon! Come meet us at Petco Humble on FM 1960 just east of Hwy 59 on weekends 12-4:30 and see if one of us is a match for your family.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Brenda Litter, a Humble Border Collie/Poodle (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie/Poodle (Miniature) for sale in Humble, or seeking a Border Collie/Poodle (Miniature) dog from a breeder in Humble.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Humble already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Humble breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie/Poodle (Miniature) breeders who help with Border Collie/Poodle (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Humble paves the way for another one to be saved.
