My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Lindy and I am a female black (soft) horsecoat Shar-Pei. Right now though, I look brown. You see, I was left out in the sun for a very long time and now have hair that is tinted brown. I am about 2 years old and on the thin side. My foster mom says I eat well and will soon be able to add to my 41 pound figure. When I came to my foster mom’s house, I greeted all of my foster family with kisses (both canine and human). I am a bit shy and do startle at some noises. I am learning manners and walk ok on a leash. You see, I was on my own for a very long time and had to do for myself. Now that I am with a family, I am learning how it feels to have a regular routine that involves praise and kind words. If you think you can give me the love and security I need and deserve, please contact my foster mom… I’ll be waiting.
