Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Gaskins is a Basset/Beagle Mix that has lost his family. He was next on the euthanasia list at an Animal Control facility down south when a volunteer from the local humane society contacted us just in time! There was no room at their Inn but we found a way to squeeze him in with us - they named him after Stacy (our Founder, Stacy Gaskins) because she saved his life. He is wonderful with everyone and everything. The foster family is in love with him but the bigger dogs keep picking on him and that has resulted in too many trips to the vet to have him sewn up, he just isn't safe with the big guys because he is so small and is older. He would make an excellent senior companion because he is so quiet and loves to cuddle. PLEASE open your heart to him and love him!
