My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Loren is a four year-old beautiful bully girl rescued from the Lancaster Shelter as a stray. She adores people, including kids of all ages, and is super affectionate. Loren went across country this summer with one of our volunteers to promote pit bull awareness and was an awesome ambassador for her breed. She loves going for road trips and car rides, enjoys hanging out on cafe or coffeehouse patios meeting new people and eating ice cream or frozen yogurt, taking long naps, going for short walks, getting belly rubs and giving kisses. Loren is very dog selective and as such, we'd like her to be the only pet in the home. She also has separation anxiety after living in a kennel for so long, so her new parent needs to be willing to work on that - The Brittany Foundation will provide free access to a behaviorist. However, Loren is super smart and eager to please, so she is highly trainable - when she was on the road trip, she never had one accident and was very adaptable to stairs, elevators, revolving doors, and new experiences. She is just a joy and all-around great canine companion for anyone who wants a snuggly sweetheart in their life.
