Petunia's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Petunia's Story...
My story: I was found with my brother abandoned on a dark country road. From the moment the nice lady scooped me up, I began purring (and I really haven't stopped!). I was underweight, dehydrated and loaded with fleas. I am now a healthy and beautiful kitten! I love to play and cuddle. I also like to use my scratching post. I get along with the 2 dogs and 6 other cats in my foster home. I would cuddle with you and keep you warm during the cold winter nights. Won't you take me home and cuddle?!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Petunia, a Tampa Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Tampa, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Tampa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tampa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tampa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tampa paves the way for another one to be saved.
