Rosie's Story...
Little Rosie is just the sweetest puppy who is just 6 mos old and weighs about 8lbs.. She is friendly and loves everyone. She loves to play with other dogs so we would like to place her in a home with another small dog for her to play with. After she is tired playing she loves to cuddle with you on the sofa for hours. She is housebroken and will either go outside or use puppy pads. Because of her small size only families with older children will be considered. Her adoption fee including her spay, shots, worming is $350. She is current on heartworm preventative. if you would like to give Rosie a furever home contact SnappyLady@gmail.com for an application and to arrange a home visit.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rosie, a Shelton Chihuahua/Dachshund puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Dachshund for sale in Shelton, or seeking a Chihuahua/Dachshund puppy from a breeder in Shelton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Shelton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Shelton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Dachshund breeders who help with Chihuahua/Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Shelton paves the way for another one to be saved.
