Reyna's Story...
She is a Sheltie Mix she is small and fluffy. She is house trained, goood with older kids, mellow, lap dog , but very playful when out with her people.
She is a sweet lovable dog weighing about 30 lbs. Prefers a home with no small children but would probably do fine with older kids. She doesn't bite or harass the kids, she just avoids them. She is housebroken. She is mellow around the house, pretty much just follows me like a shadow and curls up at my feet or on my lap anytime I sit still. She does LOVE to go for walks and runs, however. Everyone needs their exercise.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Reyna, a Pasadena Sheltie, Shetland Sheepdog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Sheltie, Shetland Sheepdog for sale in Pasadena, or seeking a Sheltie, Shetland Sheepdog dog from a breeder in Pasadena.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pasadena already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pasadena breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Sheltie, Shetland Sheepdog breeders who help with Sheltie, Shetland Sheepdog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pasadena paves the way for another one to be saved.
