She looks like a bichon frise / cairn terrier mix. She is about 2 to 3 years old and weighs about 12 pounds.
Lady Gaga is house broken, good natured, friendly and mellow. She almost never barks and is gentle with both adults and children. Lady Gaga is affectionate, great with other dogs, both big and small, and is also good with cats.
She is a scruffy cutie pie who is well behaved and affectionate.
