Sophie's Story...
Hi My name is Sophie, I am a 3 year old female, I have a weight problem but I am on Thyroid Medicine, it runs only $3.80 a month, so far I have lost 13 pounds. I am looking for a forever family to love all of me. I am a sweet mellow girl, who loves to go on walks, I can even be trusted to walk without a leash. I love the water, I love all other dogs and even cats. At my foster home I go to work with my Mom every day and I am very well behaved.

I need the company of another dog, and I do not like crates. I am best friends with my foster sister, Chrissy. If you are interested in 2 of the best behaved weims, give us a shot.

Sophie is fostered in Sarasota, FL with Laurie. Please contact las7146@comcast.net or 941-628-3086 for adoption details.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sophie, a Eustis Weimaraner dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Weimaraner for sale in Eustis, or seeking a Weimaraner dog from a breeder in Eustis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Eustis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Eustis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Weimaraner breeders who help with Weimaraner rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Eustis paves the way for another one to be saved.
