China's Story...
There I was, my sister and I, in a ditch in Louisiana. We were scared and covered with flea bites, but we knew the hands that lifted us up were kind. My sister did not survive, but I gained weight and became less scared. I was vetted and cared for a flown to my new foster home in RI. I am around 12 weeks old and will weigh around 20 pounds when grown. I have long Spaniel ears and long legs, but have the wiry fur of a Terrier. I like friendly respectful children, and other, non-aggressive dogs are all right too. I would love a family which is around in the day to attend to my puppy needs. My fee of 325. covers vetting to date and transport to RI. Please ask about me if you are in RI, eastern CT, Cape Cod or are near the Boston, Worcester, Fall River (MA) areas, or aare near Litchfield, CT. Please call Judy with any further questions at 401 647-0513...look forward to a fur-ever family!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

China, a Foster Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Cocker Spaniel puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Cocker Spaniel for sale in Foster, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Cocker Spaniel puppy from a breeder in Foster.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Foster already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Foster breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Cocker Spaniel breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Cocker Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Foster paves the way for another one to be saved.
