BigRed's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

BigRed's Story...
BigRed was found by some good samaritans and taken to a local Vet clinic. After examing him it was realized that his leg could not be saved. The couple could not afford the surgery, but because BigRed was so sweet even with his injuries, the Vet called us. BigRed is doing GREAT, loves to go for walks and loves his toys. He is a bit nervous around stangers but will warm up with time. He is a good boy who gets along with other pets and is use to being in a home, because he was fostered during his recovery, so come visit this sweet boy and give him a chance. Though he is missing a leg, he is not missing any love in his heart.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

BigRed, a Fair Oaks Ranch Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever for sale in Fair Oaks Ranch, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Fair Oaks Ranch.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fair Oaks Ranch already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fair Oaks Ranch breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fair Oaks Ranch paves the way for another one to be saved.
