My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I'm Patch. I was a little bit older than most of the kittens that come here, so it took me a little longer to believe that people were really my friends. I know it now, and life is really good!

All I need to make life perfect is someone to be my forever best friend, a nice sunny spot for a nap, and lots of love. Do you think you might like to come by and meet me? All you have to do is call - I'll be waiting.

Patch is only a tiny bit shy until he knows you belong here, but he will adjust to his new home and family in no time. While he has never been around dogs or small children, he is completely at home with other cats. Patch is Jesse's brother and Punkin's best friend. His absolute favorite position is sleeping upside down in his fuzzy hammock or snoozing in the sun on our tree porch when the weather is nice.

At Altered Feral State, we work with feral cat colonies. All of our kittens were removed from the colonies and completely socialized when they are less than 8 weeks old. We don't offer them for adoption until they have been tested, vaccinated and spayed or neutered.

Our adoption fee of $75 only covers a very small portion of our costs, but to us, it's all about finding the best home for these wonderful kitties
