Chelsea's Story...
Chelsea is an action kitten. She’s the sister of Simon and Snowflake and has a great time running around the house with them. She loves to play with people—their hair, their toes, and climb up their legs. She chases strings and laser lights and will entertain you with her acrobatics. She also enjoys her cuddle time with people after she’s worn down with play. She will want to sleep with her people at night and is generally well behaved until her people awake. Chelsea will be about 10 weeks in the New Year and has been at the shelter since he was 4 weeks old. Since these kittens are young, the shelter will work with the adopting family to ensure the kittens are fully vaccinated and spayed/neutered.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chelsea, a San Diego Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in San Diego, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in San Diego.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Diego already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Diego breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Diego paves the way for another one to be saved.
