Domino's Story...
Domino is a darling mix of shih tzu and probably schnauzer. He was rescued from a shelter and can't wait to find his forever home. Domino is about a year old and weighs 15 pounds. He is a friendly, happy, and happy little boy who loves to play. Domino is good with kids and dogs and hasn't been around cats but would probably just play with them. He would enjoy a home with another playful dog or some kids so he isn't home alone all day. Domino is house trained when he is let out regularly. He is with a 501c3 non profit rescue. HIs $300 adoption fee covers his neuter, heartworm test and pill, shots, worming, grooming, and microchip.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Domino, a Osseo Shih Tzu/Schnauzer (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shih Tzu/Schnauzer (Miniature) for sale in Osseo, or seeking a Shih Tzu/Schnauzer (Miniature) dog from a breeder in Osseo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Osseo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Osseo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shih Tzu/Schnauzer (Miniature) breeders who help with Shih Tzu/Schnauzer (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Osseo paves the way for another one to be saved.
