Update 10/04/05: Shelley is 20 weeks old and still available. This blonde beauty with her red nose, is waiting for the perfect home. She will have to be the only dog, she plays well with dogs, but when she has had enough, she is very aggressive. Shelley will probably do best in a home with older children or adults only. Little children and their sudden movements spook her.

She really enjoys sleeping in bed with you, and waking you up with a cold nose. She is very attentative, and I think will do great at obedience classes. Shelley loves to run in the yard and smell the flowers. Ok, she likes to dig too! Don't hold that against her though. She is very curious, and playful. We are still waiting for that special home that understands she needs to be the only dog. Please email Michelle if thats you!

Please email Michelle at Guardianambull@aol.com if interested.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Shelley, a Baltimore Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Baltimore, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Baltimore.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Baltimore already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Baltimore breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Baltimore paves the way for another one to be saved.
