BUCK's Story...
Meet Buck ! Buck is a gentle 8 year old easy going black male lab that is great with kids, other dogs and even cats. He's a great dog for any household to integrate into their family. He seems to have been an outdoor dog most of his life as he's still acclimating to living indoors. He will learn inside/outdoor life in time and his foster family is teaching him the ropes. He obeys commands off-leash and overall is a sweet loving dog. He needs the chance to be with a great, forever home as I think he's had it pretty rough for a lot of his life. Would you be that special person to permanently rescue this wonderful guy?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

BUCK, a San Diego Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in San Diego, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in San Diego.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Diego already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Diego breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Diego paves the way for another one to be saved.
