Kohl's Story...
POSTED 1/4/10: Kohl got his name because he was found in the parking lot at Kohl's store. He is a very sweet and large boy. He didn't photograph well, but he is a very handsome brown and white tabby cat with short hair. We estimate him to be only about a year old. Kohl is very people friendly and loving. He is affectionate and sweet and he is currently in a foster home with another kitty so we can learn a little more about him. If you are interested in Kohl, please e-mail us at spcagainesville@hotmail.com. All of our cats and kittens have been vet checked, vaccinated, leukemia tested, dewormed, treated for fleas with advantage, spayed or neutered and microchipped. Our adoption fee is $100 per cat or kitten to help cover a portion of the medical costs. You can also visit us on the web at www.spcagainesville.webs.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kohl, a Putnam Hall Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Putnam Hall, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Putnam Hall.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Putnam Hall already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Putnam Hall breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Putnam Hall paves the way for another one to be saved.
