Angel is, as her name describes, an angel. Named by shelter workers because of her exceptionally sweet, outgoing and loving personality, Angel is a mature Golden Retriever mix who came into the city shelter as a "stray." Put in adoptions and taken to offsite adoption events, Angel nevertheless failed to get adopted and her "time" ran out. Rescued by NYCA and now looking for a loving, committed home.
Angel LOVES EVERYTHING!! -- PEOPLE, KIDS, OTHER DOGS AND EVEN CATS! Angel is approximately six-years-old, 70 lbs, spayed, housebroken and is a PLEASURE TO WALK OR JOG WITH! Good in a car and an all around GREAT dog! Don't let age or size dissuade you from this "angel" of a dog. There is more of Angel to love!
