Billy von Haegele's Story...
Billy von Haegele is a charming 3 year old German Shepherd with a touch of Husky. He would be a great choice for a family looking for a dog not quite as big as a German Shepherd. Billy is just around 60 pounds. He is very attentive and is food motivated so training should be a snap with him. We were contacted by a family who had found Billy; they did flyers hoping his family would come forward. Billy was instantly their teenage son’s best buddy. They took him to a county shelter thinking his owners would claim him but no one came forward. Billy has on a beautiful new collar and seems to have been well cared for, we're sure he has a story we will never know. The family who found him said he was perfect and wonderful with their child. Billy is great with other dogs, we did a cat test and he seemed afraid of the cats, so a good cat test so far. He walked past barking little dogs without a second look. Billy is such a good boy and will make a wonderful family pet.
