Lola's Info...
| Breed: | Domestic Longhair | Color: | Black (All) | Age: | Adult |
| Sex: | Female | Hair: | Long |
I am already spayed, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, good with kids, not good with dogs, and good with cats.
Lola is the most mellow of the bunch in her litter and the lone female. She is the most skittish and does not tolerate being held at all, but like her two brothers, will seek out affection if you're on the floor or sitting on the couch. Lola will come over and LOVES to be loved on. She'll plop over and even let you rub her belly. She is very talkative, especially with the other cats, and follows them around meowing. It's really cute. :)
Lola is being fostered in the Glendora area and if you're interested in learning more about her or scheduling a Saturday to meet her, please email her foster at tara@happystrays.org. Lola may not do well in the PETCO environment and my require a private showing. Please note that we bring a selection of our adoptables to our events and need to know if you're interested in meeting this kitty on a particular Saturday at PETCO.
Preferred adoption event location: La Canada PETCO

Rescue Group Info...
Happy Strays Rescue is a non-profit rescue organization that cares for stray, abandoned and orphaned cats and kittens. Our rescues are often just babies who require bottlefeeding and hand rearing. Our cats and kittens are cared for in a network of wonderful foster homes while they wait for adoption.
We currently have many many cats and kittens ready for adoption! Because we do not have a shelter and our cats reside in foster homes they are only available to be seen at our adoption Saturdays. If there is a cat you would like to meet, please let us know so that we can make sure the kitty is at our next evemt.
Our cats are available for adoption every Saturday from 11 am-3:30 pm at the PETCOs in La Canada and Santa Clarita. Please see our website for details and directions.
Our fees are $100 and include spay/neuter, testing for Felv/FIV and all vaccinations. We have an adoption questionaire and contract to be signed. We do not allow de-clawing, but we often rescue declawed cats and have them available for adoption. If the adoption is not a good fit for the cat or family, pets may always be returned to us.
