Jon-Jon's Story...
Little Jon-Jon and his brother Luke are the sole survivors of their family of 5. Their date of birth is approximately April 8th. The litter was unfortunate enough to get Panleukopenia or as some people call it, cat parvo. Little Jon-Jon and Luke got really sick, but they hung on and showed such a will to live. They are a little wobbly because of the illness they suffered through, but their wobbles make them even more adorable and they should live perfectly normal lives. They get around with no problem at all. They have a real zest for life. They love people, are quite the little purring, snuggly type kittens. Jon-Jon and Luke are best of buddies and if possible they are looking for a loving home that might consider taking them both. Jon-Jon and Luke are up to date on vaccinations, have been neutered and dewormed and are ready to find a new forever home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jon-Jon, a Tracy Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Tracy, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Tracy.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tracy already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tracy breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tracy paves the way for another one to be saved.
