Boo's Story...
Boo is a gentle Tortie with a very mild personality. She 2 years old. She's spayed, declawed and has current vaccines. She's an indoor cat. She's a little shy at first because she's never been away from the only home she's ever known, but she warms up to be very loving. Her favorite thing to do is chase the laser light! She has good manners and never has to be told "no". She's lived with a poodle and does well with dogs. Her family doesn't want to part with her and would keep Boo if they could. Boo would make a nice addition to any home, but would do best in a quiet, gentle home.

To adopt Boo, call 801-458-7938 or 801-644-1445 anytime. There is no fee to adopt, but we gladly accept donations which helps us help more cats!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Boo, a Washington Terrace Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Washington Terrace, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Washington Terrace.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Washington Terrace already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Washington Terrace breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Washington Terrace paves the way for another one to be saved.
