Zeke is the cutest, most loveable fellow you could ever hope to meet. He first came into Rottweiler Rescue of Michigan last year when his young owner left for college and Zeke couldn't go along. Zeke was such a fun dog to be around, and had such a wonderful personality that his foster family, who had recently adopted Maddie (seen with Zeke in the pictures) quickly fell in love with him and realized they couldn't bear to part with him. Then, with Michigan's economy the way it is, Maddie's parents both lost their jobs, had a baby with another on the way, and now must move to an apartment that doesn't allow dogs. Zeke is very well trained, affectionate, friendly and loves everyone he meets. He loves to play and run, either with people or other dogs. And he's excellent with children, having just participated in raising a baby who will miss him very much. Zeke and Maddie play well together. Zeke is such a gentleman to Maddie who is definitely the queen bee. He lets her have the toy first, which he eventually gets away from her! They both LOVE their walks. It is the highlight of their day. Both dogs have been through basic training. They love to get the leftover pancakes from breakfast and they love popcorn during movies.
