Like the saucy boy in the novel, our Sawyers imagination and carefree sprit led him on a journey, but his journey led him not down the Mississippi, but through the front door of an animal shelter. When Huckleberry Finn didn't come to his rescue, he jumped for joy when the volunteer with Cocker Spaniel Rescue "threw out the life vest". He is now safe in the cabin of rescue but he's looking for a happy ending to his story. Can he live happily ever after with your family?
