Winston is a 5 yr. old male, black and white, delightful Lhasa Apso! His foster mom calls him a "True Joy" - one of the best she's ever had in her care! Badly treated most of his young life, he is still an angel and deserves the very best in a forever home. Winston is affectionate, loving, and playful - and loves to go for rides in the car. We've classified Winston as Special Needs because he has Dry Eye in both eyes and will need prescription eye drops every day for the rest of his life. At a pharmacy, the cost of the drops is about $40 for a bottle that lasts 3-4 months. He is very cooperative during administration. Winston is being fostered in south central Pennsylvania and his asking adoption fee is $225. E-MAIL INQUIRIES WILL BE RESPONDED TO FASTER THAN TELEPHONE CALLS!
