Dalcash Eddy's Story...
Eddy came from Oklahoma to the Southland Race Course in West Memphis, Arkansas. Early on, as in before he even ever saw a starting box, it was determined that Eddy wasnt destined to excel at racing; big, clumsy and carefree just arent qualities of a good racer. So, at the tender age of 22 months, Eddy began his retirement. While Eddy may have failed as a racer, he is going to make someone a great companion. Eddy is good natured as can be, and wants to please more than anything else. At this point, because he isnt certain what is expected of him, he is fairly quiet and mild mannered for his age, which all may change as his true personality develops. Eddy is pretty much a blank slate with lots and lots of potential. Eddy is cat and nonGreyhound tolerant.

Act quickly to adopt Dalcash Eddy. Pets at this Rescue Group may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dalcash Eddy, a Hendersonville Greyhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Greyhound for sale in Hendersonville, or seeking a Greyhound dog from a breeder in Hendersonville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hendersonville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hendersonville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Greyhound breeders who help with Greyhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hendersonville paves the way for another one to be saved.
