Damper's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Damper's Story...
Damper is a very handsome, and blocky English-style chocolate male Labrador. He is about 90 lbs. and 3 1/2 years old. Damper has a wonderful temperament and gets along with everyone - he was even kenneled with a small toy poodle and was very sweet and gentle. He's a large boy but is not rambunctious or out of control. He's at that perfect age when a Lab has come out of the puppy stages and is more focused and calm. :)

Damper knows his basic commands and appears to be housebroken. He is exactly what you expect a great Lab to be and will make a great addition to any home and will be the perfect companion. If you would like to meet/adopt him, please send an e-mail to utahlabrescue@hotmail.com for an application. Thanks

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Damper, a Provo Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Provo, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Provo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Provo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Provo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Provo paves the way for another one to be saved.
