Baron's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Baron's Story...
Baron had himself a date with death until we stepped up to rescue him. With no sad story, and just 'average' looks (aka, not the blues, lilacs or whites that so many people go crazy for), Baron's future was very bleak when he found himself at a kill shelter. We couldn't sit back and let this beautiful boy die. Baron is good with other dogs and so, so sweet. He's new to our program and we're hoping to get to know him better very soon.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Baron, a Peoria Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever for sale in Peoria, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Peoria.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Peoria already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Peoria breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Peoria paves the way for another one to be saved.
