Carrie's Story...

Will you please adopt me?

Carrie is a large (fat) cat who loves livin' the sweet life. As you can see from her robust waist line, she has a fondness for food. An easy way to gain her affection is with simple treats and wet food. Sadly, she's been with us for a few years because of her color (black cats are extremely hard to get adopted out because of superstitions) and shyness.

Two funny things she does:
1) She loves to roll around on her back, which is both cute and funny to watch.
2) When disturbed from a nap or interrupted while doing important cat activies such as bird watching, she will let you know how annoyed she is with a grumpy meow, or more often than not, she will leave with a 'how dare you' look on her face.

Our Adoption Process...
Cats, like people, have different personalities. An adoption volunteer will assist you in selecting the purrfect match for you and your home. All cats and kittens are current on vaccinations. All cats and kittens are spayed or neutered before they are placed for adoption.

Our adoption policy is as follows:
An application must be accurately completed and submitted for review.
Upon adoption, a contract will be signed.
The cat may not be declawed.
The cat must be indoor only.
Our policies and procedures are for the purpose of placing the cat in a compatible, loving and permanent home.
A donation of $120 for one kitten or $60 for an adult cat is asked to help offset veterinary expenses.

We Serve the Following Cities, Towns, and/or Counties...
