JUNO's Info...

I am purebred and good with dogs.

JUNO's Story...
Juno is a 3 month old female Australian Shepherd mix. Black and white with a a bit of brindle or merle that is diminishing as she is growing. Her coat has the texture of the sled dog breeds...wooly.

Juno had a bad bout with pneumonia and had to be held back from her brothers Tundra (adopted) and Sirius. She has been well for a couple of weeks now and is gaining weight to match Sirius. A real lover girl, yet feisty too. She loves her ball as you can see. Not the flashiest puppy, this girl makes up for that ten fold with her personality ;-)

Adopters must be committed to work with the destruction and energy associated with raising a puppy, along with housebreaking accidents. As with all puppies, socialization and puppy obedience classes are a must. This will ensure that you will have an outgoing, socialized, well behaved, and well adjusted adult dog in your family. Their adopters will be required to complete their series of puppy vaccinations, including rabies. In addition to their adoption fee, a refundable deposit is required to secure their sterilization in accordance with state law.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

JUNO, a San Pedro Australian Shepherd puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd for sale in San Pedro, or seeking a Australian Shepherd puppy from a breeder in San Pedro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Pedro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Pedro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd breeders who help with Australian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Pedro paves the way for another one to be saved.
