Happy's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Happy's Story...
Happy's name says it all, she is a very happy puppy! She loves to please, and is such a sweetie. She is a 9 week old black Lab/Aussie mix that has a great temperament and is in great health. Her owners need to find her a new home as they are not ready yet for a puppy.

Happy is a very smart puppy and already knows "no" and "come", and has started her housebreaking and is doing wonderfully! She will be an easy puppy to train, but will of course want and need to be a puppy and play and run, and chew on her toys. Happy's favorite thing to do is push a big soccer ball around with her body and play with her stuffed pig. She also loves to lay on her pig and fall asleep.

Happy is a special spirit, anyone would be lucky to have her! If you want to become that lucky family, please go to www.utahlabrescue.com and fill out our online application for Happy! If not adopted before this Saturday, she will be attending our adoption event.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Happy, a Provo Labrador Retriever/Australian Shepherd puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Australian Shepherd for sale in Provo, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Australian Shepherd puppy from a breeder in Provo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Provo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Provo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Australian Shepherd breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Australian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Provo paves the way for another one to be saved.
