Soldier's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Soldier's Story...
"Soldier" is a mellow fellow who likes to be held. He's quite a handome boy and when he looks at you, he appears to be smiling! He has a very cute underbite and the whole picture is just irresistable! What a face....Too cute! He was found in an abandoned vehicle with another dog and when the owner was notified that the dogs were picked up, she claimed the other dog, but not "Soldier". We think he's such a brave little heart. He doesn't ask for much, just lots of TLC and a warm bed. He loves his bed. He will return TLC many times over, just wait and see! Come in and see this loving little guy. He's been neutered, has all his shots and is microchipped. His adoption fee is just $30. He's housebroken and gets along with kids and other dogs and he's ready for a real loving home. Kennel #10.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Soldier, a El Cajon Pekingese dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pekingese for sale in El Cajon, or seeking a Pekingese dog from a breeder in El Cajon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in El Cajon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a El Cajon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pekingese breeders who help with Pekingese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in El Cajon paves the way for another one to be saved.
