My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I am an 11 year old handsome Cocker Spaniel. I’m here at the shelter because unfortunately my owner passed away and no one in the family was able to care for me. As troubling as that is, it’s lucky that I have ended up in this place. The kind people here at the shelter have assured me that the right person will come along and give me the perfect home much like the one I am accustomed to. Since I’ve been here, not a day has gone by that someone hasn’t reminded me of how beautiful I am and as you can see from my picture, this is so true. My name is Cinnamon for obvious reasons but I might as well be called Sir Charles to match my regal and classic Cocker look. I have a classic personality as well. Cockers love being with their owners and I’m looking for a quiet laid back home where I can do what I do best--be a loyal and great companion. I’m quite active for my age. Being a pure breed sporting dog, I enjoy long walks outside but nothing beats a good lounge with my favorite toys. I tend to be a bit toy possessive; sharing is not my forte. With that being said, I will do best in a home without young children.
