Cagney's Story...

Cagney is a female who was born on November 1, 2009.

Hi my name is Cagney.......I am a very sweet little girl and full of energy. I love to run, and jump, run and run, did I mention jump? Just think of Tigger from Winnie the Pooh, but wound a little tighter!!

My sister Lacey and I were found running around and placed in a shelter. We were pretty dirty and in need of lots of love and attention. We were brought to Last Chance Rescue, and now our foster Mom is looking for our perfect home, where we will be loved and taken care of.

We need someone who understands Jack Russell terriers and all our fun little quirks! We will need lots of room to run, and someone who has lots of energy like us. A fenced yard is a must. If you want a special friend that will keep you busy and laughing then I am the one for you! Are you my forever family??

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cagney, a Howell Jack Russell Terrier/Fox Terrier (Wirehaired) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier/Fox Terrier (Wirehaired) for sale in Howell, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier/Fox Terrier (Wirehaired) puppy from a breeder in Howell.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Howell already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Howell breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier/Fox Terrier (Wirehaired) breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier/Fox Terrier (Wirehaired) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Howell paves the way for another one to be saved.
