# 042-10 - RESCUED!'s Story...

Very calm and friendly dog. He loves affection. His life hasn't been the grestest so far. Can you help change that? He is very scared at the pound. He needs a new loving home soon. He is a little shy but warms-up quickly once he trusts you. Good temperament and personality. He enjoys going for walks and playing outside. Good on a leash. Good choice for a family pet or companion! Handsome shepherd mix. He deserves a second chance at a better life. Please adopt him! His time is limited. We must euthanize because of space.

Please call the Muskingum County Dog Pound for more information about this dog.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

# 042-10 - RESCUED!, a Zanesville Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Zanesville, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Zanesville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Zanesville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Zanesville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Zanesville paves the way for another one to be saved.
