Mando's Info...

I am already neutered, purebred, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Mando's Story...
Mando came to us as a shelter pull from central Missouri. He is a tan smoothcoat chihuahua with THE most beautiful face. Yes, it seems that he has chunked out a bit in foster care but that is easily remedied. Mando was taken to a shelter when his mom died and her loving family dumped her dogs. He was pretty timid when he came here but has come out of his shell and is now playful and fun. He weighs 8 pounds now but I think that 6 or 7 would be more appropriate . Mando was said to be about 9 months old when we got him but I think that he's more likely between one and two years old. A loving home and a bit of a diet and Mando will be set for life. He's a great little dog who has much to give. He is pretty darn good on the wee wee pads, too!

Mando's adoption fee is $200 with all vet work for his first year done. He is neutered, up to date on all shots, microchipped, heartworm negative, on heartworm preventive and wormed.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mando, a House Springs Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in House Springs, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in House Springs.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in House Springs already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a House Springs breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in House Springs paves the way for another one to be saved.
