Ray's Info...

Ray's Story...
Ray was given up due to a divorce and needs a home where he will be loved and cared for forever. He is a very sweet boy, but does have a ton of energy, and would do best with an "active" person (maybe someone that likes to hike or run). He also has not been exposed to cats so I don't think I would recommend him for anyone with a cat in their family. He used to live with a dog a long time ago, and he does well with them at the groomers, but his foster has a very dog-aggressive dog, so Ray has to live in their dog run (the fosters would love to keep him if they did not have to keep him separate from their dog). We think with the right introduction, he should do well with another dog (as long as the other dog is not dog-aggressive!). He just wants to be loved and has calmed down alot since his fosters have had him (just before Christmas), but he could be a little too rambunctious for a small child and might knock them over. He is not at all mean or aggressive with people he knows, just gets over-excited, but with more exercise, I think he would be a wonderful dog. If you are interested in meeting Ray, please contact Sharon at either sebastian_sophie@yahoo.com or 626/676-7648 so that you can be e-mailed or faxed an application to fill out for him.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ray, a Pasadena Jindo/German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jindo/German Shepherd Dog for sale in Pasadena, or seeking a Jindo/German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Pasadena.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pasadena already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pasadena breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jindo/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Jindo/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pasadena paves the way for another one to be saved.
