Sampson's Story...
Hello, I’m Sampson, a cropped/flopped and docked, red, 5-year-old doberboy who loves to be with my people and have my belly rubbed!!!! My favorite past times includes rawhide chips, chew toys, stuffies, ropes, running and playing kickball. I’m not sure how I may interact with cats; but I will tell you, I want to get those pesky squirrels that are in the backyard or out and about on my walks. I am working on my leash manners and training; since I’m extremely food motivated it won’t be hard at all! Currently, I know sit, am working on stay and come, tyring to learn down and prefer to not be locked up in a crate during the night. I’m working on being crated during the day; I will crate, but treats are a must! I am housebroken and my foster mamma says I’m a very good boy for not having any accidents in the house!! Since I love to wiggle and run, my foster mamma tells me that I may do best with big dog-savvy children over the age of seven and a family who is active and can keep up with me! Do you have lots of toys and a cozy dog bed for me?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sampson, a Arlington Doberman Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Doberman Pinscher for sale in Arlington, or seeking a Doberman Pinscher dog from a breeder in Arlington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Arlington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Arlington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Arlington paves the way for another one to be saved.
