My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

2-10-10 Tux is a gorgeous boy! He is such a sweetheart- loves affection from people. Tux also adores running (which makes it difficult to take pictures- LOL). He plays well with females, but would rather the macho males stay at home :) He has been fine with mellow males (just wants to be the "top male"). This boy is a snuggler who wants to please. Tux is almost two years old, an awesome young man!

He would do best in an active home with runners, hikers or a family who participates in doggy sports like agility or flyball or with someone who just likes to play ball or frisbee. A fenced yard would be a huge bonus. Tux has waited a very long time to find the right home and he needs some doggy angels to take a chance on him.

Please step up to give this boy a foster or adoptive home. With his herding tendencies Tux would probably be a cat-chaser though he hasn't been tested. He is housetrained and crate-trained and just really wants a family to love him. He is eager to please and just wants a family to love him.
