Bandit's Story...
Hi friends! My name is Bandit and I am a year old cattle dog mix who is just so so so smart and so fun! Not to brag or anything but I am one cool dude! I love other dogs and I love to learn and play! I have a fun loving nature and I am up for anything. Of course I am a young guy and I am an active breed so I would like a home that is active as well.
I am already crate and house trained as well!
I am not mean to kitties but sometimes of course as a young boy I do like to play so kitties who are cool with playing are fine but shy kitties might be a bit overwhelmed by my desire to love and play with them!
I am very nice with everyone I meet but kids should be over the age of 8 just because of my breed and the fact that I am spunky and playful - wouldn't want to knock anyone over of course!
I am about 30 lbs.
I am fixed, vaccinated and microchipped.
My adoption fee is $180

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bandit, a Portland Australian Cattle Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog for sale in Portland, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
