Queenie's Story...
Hi, my name is Queenie. I was named that not only because I am special but after the nice vet who found me with a similar name. She is boarding me at her office and IBCR offered to help find me a forever home. I am very affectionate and love to play. I am one happy girl who is a quick learner and lives to please. I know how to sit and am learning to walk slower on my leash, but I need somewhere to run and play. I am accustomed to sleeping in a warm bed inside at night and being someones special girl. Is your family ready for my wet kisses and warm heart? I am ready to be part of your family...please adopt me.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Queenie, a Washington Border Collie/Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie/Spaniel (Unknown Type) for sale in Washington, or seeking a Border Collie/Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Washington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Washington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Washington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie/Spaniel (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Border Collie/Spaniel (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Washington paves the way for another one to be saved.
