My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Barley is a sweet little guy. He just arrived so we don't know much about him yet. He is very small, maybe 10 pounds...and would weigh much less than that with a proper diet.
He walks well on a leash and is house trained with a doggie door. He is affectionate with people, but isn't real thrilled about sharing company with other dogs.
Barley was picked up as a stray and spent a terrifying week in the shelter waiting for his owners to come find him, but they never came. Now he is happy to camp out in the office at Safe Haven until he finds a new home.
Barley is an older gent, but still has spring in his step. He is already neutered, but will have to be brought current on his shots before he leaves Safe Haven. The fee to adopt Barley is $70. For more information call 463-1842; 463-3404 or email barkdogsinfo@gmail.com
