Maya's Story...
We are guessing Maya to be about 5 months old. She looks to be a Husky mix, and was found wandering. Her vetwork needs to be brought up to date, and will be as soon as possible.

As with any 5 month old puppy, she is NOT housetrained. As with any 5 month old puppy, she will need constant supervision to keep her from chewing on important things like shoes and cell phone cords. As with any 5 month old large breed puppy, she will need exercise and a crate that she can grow into.

Maya likes to play with stuffed animals, and loves to sleep on the bed. She is eating kibble puppy food.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Maya, a North Kansas City Siberian Husky puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siberian Husky for sale in North Kansas City, or seeking a Siberian Husky puppy from a breeder in North Kansas City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in North Kansas City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a North Kansas City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siberian Husky breeders who help with Siberian Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in North Kansas City paves the way for another one to be saved.
