Jasmine's Story...
Jasmine is one of the Flower Pups! She has a Boston Terrier face but is expected to be larger than the typical Boston! On New Year’s Day, 2010, a litter of twelve three week old puppies was found abandoned in a cardboard box near a supermarket in Chester, Virginia. Despite the freezing temperatures, all of them were miraculously in good health. They were taken to the local veterinarian’s office. We “volunteered” to take them in until we could find them good homes, and the puppies are now ready to find their forever families. They are being spayed and neutered, and will have their first two rounds of shots prior to being adopted. All of them are working hard on their housetraining. They are all healthy, and each has a unique personality. Some are more adventurous, some more frisky, and others are more likely to just lay on your lap to enjoy a good pet. All of them seem fine with children and playing with our adult dogs.

Adoption Fee: $350 (The adoption price includes: rabies (if the dog is over 3 months), de-worming (may have a few doses depending on how long we have them), heartworm test (if the dog is over 6 months), Capstar (flea & tick), getting them up to date on shots (puppies have anywhere from 1-4 of their routine shots depending on their age) and spay/neuter (if they are over 5 months of age and we get an appt). Also, their transporting fees, shelter pull fees and other dog needs are covered in this as well.)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jasmine, a Arlington Boston Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boston Terrier for sale in Arlington, or seeking a Boston Terrier puppy from a breeder in Arlington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Arlington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Arlington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boston Terrier breeders who help with Boston Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Arlington paves the way for another one to be saved.
