Jasmine's Story...
Princess Jasmine, an adorable Papillion is basking in the love at her new foster home and is a joy to be around! She's really enjoying cuddling with the kids and has proven herself to be quite the little lady! She's already crate trained, house trained and ready to join her forever home! She seems to like the company other dogs too but does prefer a home without kitties! She's a playful gal but no longer in the puppy stage (thank goodness!) and estimated to be between 3 and 4 years old. If you'd like to meet Jasmine, or Princess Jasmine as her foster family calls her, please email or call 916.652.4164.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jasmine, a Auburn Papillon dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Papillon for sale in Auburn, or seeking a Papillon dog from a breeder in Auburn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Auburn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Auburn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Papillon breeders who help with Papillon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Auburn paves the way for another one to be saved.
