Alli a Pit Bull Mix. She first came to us as an 8 week old puppy. Alli was adopted out but returned because a family member was allergic. She is a sweet girl and loves to cuddle. You can't help but fall in love with her when you see her cute, little face. She also LOVES to swim. You would think she is a lab. Alli really doesn't pay too much attention to the cat she lives with and of course she loves to play, play, play with the other dogs. Alli will make a great addition to a family that is active. She will need minimum grooming but lots of exercise and should go to a home with older children. If you are interested in Alli, please do some research on the breed before applying and make sure she is the right dog for you and/or your family. We want Alli to find her forever home and not have to come back.

Lucky Dog Rescue came into existence after one individual started saving one dog at a time back in late March of 2004. It began as a Dalmatian rescue, originally named Phoenix Dalmatian Station.
After seeing so many nice, highly adoptable dogs sitting in concrete cells in the county shelters, being put to sleep when no one came to the rescue, it quickly evolved into an all breed commitment, and we began saving several other breeds and mixes too! We are now a growing group of dog lovers who help all breeds and are committed to giving dogs a second chance at finding a forever home.

Our current adoption fee for adults (> 8 months old) is $200 and for puppies (< 8 months old) the fee is $250. The Adoption fee for senior dogs (7+ years) is $150. These fees cover the shots, microchipping, neuter/spay surgery and vet check for the dog.
Before an adoption can take place we do require that all potential adopters fill out an application. Once the application has been approved a home visit may be conducted. All adopters must sign a contract in order to finalize the adoption.
