Ringo's Story...
If you are looking for an energetic dog that can entertain, then I am your guy! I have a lot of play in me, but will obey you on command. I love the outdoors- going on walks, running beside a bike or rollerblades, etc. I'm great riding in the car (by the way, I call shotgun). I'm fantastic with other dogs and great with kids. What more could you want from a dog? Oh yes, I give kisses too and enjoy those good old belly rubs! I am already housetrained and crate-trained. My birthday is November 2009. Come take me for a walk at Petco Humble on FM 1960 just east of Hwy 59 on weekends 12-4:30 and see if I am a match for your family. You can also contact my Foster Mom at genie9034@yahoo.com for further questions or to set up a home visit.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ringo, a Humble Labrador Retriever/Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Border Collie for sale in Humble, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Border Collie dog from a breeder in Humble.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Humble already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Humble breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Border Collie breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Humble paves the way for another one to be saved.
